The Educators/Caregivers Launch Pad consists of tools to help you facilitate your youth’s understanding of your chosen theme and their creation of exhibits on topics within that theme.
Follow these steps:
Choose a theme to explore with your youth (see below).
View the Implementation Guides page under your chosen theme. The guides and accompanying instructions on that page will assist you in preparing for and running your programming.
For educators/caregivers who are unfamiliar with these themes, click on Subject Overview under your chosen theme. Those resources will help give you an overall understanding of the theme.
The Educators/Caregivers Road Map contains specific resources to help you facilitate your youth’s understanding, and it includes the resources they will be using throughout the exhibit creation process.
After you have viewed all of these tools, you are ready to start working with your youth. Go to the Youth Road Map for your chosen theme, and follow the steps together!
